Do you only do servicing?
No. Alongside car servicing we repair brakes, suspension and steering, clutches, exhausts, air con, batteries and cambelts, and diagnose warning lights and running faults.
Do you do MOTs?
MOTs are carried out at a local authorised test station through our MOT collection service. Any failures or advisories can be quoted and fixed back at our workshop.
Will I get a price before you start?
Yes. We quote first and will not do extra work without your go-ahead. Send your registration and the job for a quote.
Is the work guaranteed?
Repairs carried out using NAPA parts are covered by AutoCare’s 12-month nationwide warranty, honoured at any AutoCare garage in the UK. Other repairs come with our own 12-month / 12,000-mile parts and labour warranty, honoured at our Royston and Swindon workshops.
Can you collect my car?
Yes. Collection is free within 5 miles of the workshop, and further out we quote the fee before booking.
